In the article of the Spitak Earthquake are estimated. The following is a part of a structured scheme: low seismicity of the glacier beds, high seismicity of panels, as well as seismicity of the earthquake zones and coordination. Scale of destruction in different towns of Armenia is being examined. The city of Leninakan (Gyumri) has landed at 40 km from the village of Spitak, and the city of Kirovakan (Vanadzor) in 25km. However, the scale of destruction in Leninakan is much larger than in Kirovakan due to the fact that part of the city is located on water-saturated clay soils, which increase the intensity of seismic action, in addition, the dominant periods of oscillations of buildings in forms 1, 2 and 3 coincided with the period of ground vibrations. This was a “seismic resonance” and amplified the amplitude of the oscillation process, which is one of the 9-10 erosional disintegration of the mass disintegration.
