Given the results of experimental research of reinforced concrete beams statically determinated and inderteminated with normal and strained reinforcement under alternating low cyclic high-level type of seismic loads . New experimental data on low cyclic strength and deformation of given structures assessed by theoretical calculations have been received. The analysis and conclusions of the studies and recommendations on calculation were supported.
