Participation Options
Dear PROHITECH 2020 participant,
We would like to provide you with an update regarding the participation options of PROHITECH 2020:
As announced, the Conference will be held physically in Athens, on 25-27 October 2021 in the National Centre for Scientific Research 'DEMOKRITOS' Congress Center .
The participants who won't be able to attend the Conference physically, will have the opportunity to send a pre-recorded video of duration of maximum of 10 minutes of their presentation to be included in the programme and to be broadcasted during the Conference. However, the Conference will not be broadcasted online for those participants who won't be able to attend physically.

Important Note:
The Conference will be COVID free. In order to access the Conference premises, participants will need to be in pocession of either:
• a negative molecular test (PCR) up to 72 hours before arrival.
• a certificate of vaccination or
• a proof of recovery from COVID-19, valid as of two months after positive PCR or Antigen test up to nine months.
We remind you that the deadline for early registration is 31 July 2021, while the final deadline for registration for inclusion in the Conference program and proceedings to be published by Springer is 1 September 2021.
