On the basis of numerical modeling, an algorithm and a computer program for calculating a seismically insulated building have been developed, and the results of the dynamic behavior of the superstructure under various effects, including seismic in the form of given accelerograms of earthquakes, have been obtained. From the obtained results, using the example of a multi-storey frame building, it follows that the maximum acceleration in a seismically isolated model decreases by about 4 times compared to a model without seismic isolation. Also implemented hysteresis model Bouc-Wen and obtained results for different values of the parameters chosen so that the mathematical modeling data coincide with the experimental data
